and penetrating. Recipients come away feeling vitalized, balanced, and centered, renewed. It is great for de-stressing but it can also be used to address specific physical and emotional concerns.
Shizuto Masunaga (1925-1981) laid down
the theoretical framework of Zen Shiatsu. His student Wataru Ohashi introduced it to the west. I studied with Ohashi and taught as a Certified Ohashiatsu Instructor.
